- Is the price really fixed?
- Yes. The quote you see at booking is the fare on the invoice — regardless of traffic, weather, or route changes.
- What if my flight is delayed?
- We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup automatically. Up to 45 minutes of free wait on arrivals is included.
- Can I book for someone else?
- Yes. Add the traveller's name and number at checkout — they'll get the driver's contact and live tracking link.
- Do you cover trips outside Nairobi?
- We do — Naivasha, Nakuru, Amboseli, and Diani are our most-booked out-of-town routes. Pricing on request.
- What happens if I need to cancel?
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup. After that, a 50% fee applies. No-shows are billed in full.
- Are the chauffeurs employees or contractors?
- All chauffeurs are contracted, uniformed, and trained to Taxedo protocol — not ride-share gig drivers.
